Terms of service

What Ciniki is

Ciniki is a chat interface for the Solana blockchain. You describe what you want, an AI assistant prepares a transaction and shows it to you as a ticket, and you decide whether to approve it in your own wallet. Ciniki is software, not a bank, broker, exchange or financial adviser.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use Ciniki if you are in, or acting for someone in, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax.

You keep control of your funds

Check every ticket

The assistant uses AI and live data from third parties. It can make mistakes, misunderstand a request, or show prices and rates that change before your transaction lands. Read each ticket, including amounts, tokens, recipients and warnings, before you approve it. Quotes and estimates are not guarantees.

Not financial advice

Nothing in Ciniki, including the assistant’s replies, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Make your own decisions and consider getting independent advice.

Risks

Using DeFi carries real risk, and you can lose some or all of your funds. These risks include:

Third-party services

Ciniki connects you to services we don’t own or control, including Jupiter for swaps, lending and orders, Solana staking, your wallet app, and payment providers such as MoonPay when you buy crypto with cash. Their own terms apply, they may charge their own fees, and we are not responsible for their operation, availability or losses they cause. Payment providers may ask you to verify your identity before you can buy.

Fees

Ciniki does not currently charge a fee for transactions. You pay Solana network fees, and third parties may charge their own fees, which are shown on their quote or checkout where available. If we introduce a fee, we will show it on the ticket before you approve.

Donations

You can choose to support Ciniki by sending crypto to the project’s public wallet. Donations are voluntary gifts to SOJMINES AND CO. LIMITED. They don’t buy tokens, shares, rewards or any service, and because blockchain transfers are final, they can’t be refunded.

Usage limits

To keep the service available, we limit how many messages you can send per minute and per day. We can change these limits, or suspend access for anyone abusing the service, at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ciniki to:

The service is provided as is

Ciniki is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or error free, and we may change or stop any part of it at any time.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses of crypto caused by your transactions, market movements, third-party services, smart contracts, or the security of your wallet. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do, and continuing to use Ciniki after an update means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that can’t be resolved will go to the courts of Nigeria, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
